Rebecca, an aspiring journalist and high school student from Howell, reached out to our office after seeing Senator Slotkin in her local newspaper. She had long-been inspired by Slotkin’s work, dating back to her days representing Rebecca’s district in the House. So, she decided to request an interview to discuss everything from what it’s like being a woman in politics, to the importance of young voices, to the government shutdown.
